The 164th annual appropriation for the conduct of the war, voted by the Assembly.

Voted on 2 February 2011, 2.4 per cent against the appropriation for 2010 (200,052,138 marka). The first appropriation, in 1848, was 549,263 marka.
1. The series begins with the first appropriation, voted in 1848, and is unbroken. 2. Each year's sum is given as voted, in marka of the year, without adjustment for prices. 3. The War Ministry draws the sum in twelve monthly instalments. 4. The Minister of War reports on it to the Assembly at the close of the session.
